Overview
Archbishop Prophet Joseph Olaiwola Kodaolu is the founder of Mount of Light, a Christ-centered church committed to impacting lives through the prophetic and by the power of the Holy Spirit. He was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria, and later relocated to Lagos, Nigeria. In Lagos, his ministry was officially birthed following a profound seven-day trance encounter, which began from a powerful revival service that he was observing through a window. That transformative experience marked the divine commissioning that would shape the course of his prophetic ministry. Prophet J.O Kodaolu received a clear calling to ministry and has been working in the ministry for over 50 years. Burdened by the spiritual condition of the community and the youth, he founded Mount of Light with a mandate to:
– Preach Christ crucified and risen
– Raise disciples rooted in scripture and
– Spiritual empowerment.
Archbishop Pro. J.O. Kodaolu is passionate about youth and their impact on the body of Christ.
Archbishop Pro. J.O. Kodaolu is married with children. He enjoys music, dancing, singing, and above all, he remains committed to growing personally in Christ while helping others do the same.

Captain Mother Pro. Olayemi Kodaolu is the Leader in Charge of Mount of Light, a prophetess, and the Deborah of this generation. Prophetess Y. Kodaolu is a fire branded prayer warrior with a strong conviction that there is nothing prayer cannot do. She practiced as a professional doctor and midwife before answering the call into full-time ministry. As she stepped into her prophetic assignment, all paths cleared with so many testimonies of answered prayers and miraculous events in the hospital and beyond. With over forty years in the prophetic ministry, she remains deeply committed to transforming lives, calling young people into deeper fellowship with God, and encouraging individuals to build personal, meaningful relationships with the Holy Spirit. She is passionate about equipping youth to discover and develop their spiritual gifts, while maturing in character, and bearing the lasting fruit of a Spirit-led life. Furthermore, Prophetess Y. Kodaolu is passionate about living a Christo centric life, backed by a strong deliverance ministry solely in prayer and the name of Jesus.

Prophet Dolapo Kodaolu is the Lead Pastor of The Source Ministries: Mount of Light. TSM is a Christ-centered, outreach-driven ministry committed to transforming one life at a time through the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a deep conviction that Jesus is the only way to salvation and that every soul matters, Pro. D. Kodaolu leads with clarity, compassion, and biblical conviction. Prophet D. Kodaolu received a clear call to the ministry in 2010. Burdened by the spiritual condition of his community, generation, youth etc., he founded The Source Ministries with a mandate to raise believers who are rooted in Scripture and active in mission; the mission being to:
– Preach Christ crucified and risen
– Raise disciples rooted in Scripture
– Reach the lost through intentional evangelism
– Empower youth for kingdom impact and
– Serve communities through practical outreach.
Prophet D. Kodaolu is particularly passionate about evangelism, youth mentorship, the prayer ministry, teaching biblical doctrine, and the creative ministry.
